Ladies Indoor

The Ladies Indoor competition is open to female participants turning 14 & older in 2025.

The competition runs on Monday nights from 6:00pm to 9.15pm at two indoor venues, the Noosa Leisure Centre (Wallace Park) and the Good Shepherd Lutheran College.
