- Open Ladies (players must be turning 14 or over in 2026)
- Open Mixed (players must be turning 14 or over in 2026)

How it's played...

4 x 8 minute quarters
Five players on the Court at a time - NO wings
Mixed - only one male in each third at a time
Unlimited substitutions allowed throughout the game
After a goal is scored the centre pass is taken by the team who DID NOT score a goal
Each team chooses a "Power Play" quarter at the beginning of the game
- All goals in this quarter are doubled
Three scoring zones
- Outside the circle - Blue Area - 3 points
- Inside the circle - Purple Area - 2 points
- Inner Circle - Grey Area - 1 Point
