Looking for a fun way to keep fit, have a laugh and play Netball. Come along to our FAST 5 Social games.

Games played on Wednesdays, (starting Wednesday 20 May)

$10 per person, per night (Cash only)

$44 Netball Qld registration fee (if not already registeredd

Players who’d like to join but don’t have a team. Just fill out the form below and we’ll help find you a team to play with.

How it's played...

4 x 10 minute quarters
Five players on the Court at a time - NO wings
Mixed - only one male in each third at a time
Unlimited substitutions allowed throughout the game
After a goal is scored the centre pass is taken by the team who DID NOT score a goal
Each team chooses a "Power Play" quarter at the beginning of the game
- All goals in this quarter are doubled
Three scoring zones
- Outside the circle - Blue Area - 3 points
- Inside the circle - Purple Area - 2 points
- Inner Circle - Grey Area - 1 Point
